I started The Proper Protocol Academy because I believe there is a growing need to bring back the foundation of good old-fashioned manners. Time and after time, I've encountered situations-whether in personal interactions or visiting business settings -where basic courtesy and respectful behavior seem to be missing. This inspired me to create a space where children and adults can discover the incredible value of etiquette-not just as a formality, but as a powerful tool for boosting confidence, fostering respect and grace in  life.
